We packed a lot into this week's update — from a brand-new way to hear your companion's voice, to a friendly help assistant that's always ready to answer questions, to a much more welcoming sign-in experience. Here's the rundown.\n\n## New\n\n- Voice messages are here. You can now send and receive voice notes with your companion, complete with a natural-sounding voice picker so you can choose the voice that fits your character best.\n- Telegram voice replies. Your companion can now talk back to you on Telegram with expressive, natural-sounding voice messages.\n- Meet your new help assistant. A friendly mascot-powered assistant is now available across the app to answer your questions instantly, with support for voice input and easy escalation to a real human when needed.\n- New sign-in showcase. The sign-in page now features a beautiful, rotating showcase wall so you get a taste of what's possible on Charmloop before you even log in.
- How to pay with crypto. We added a clear, step-by-step guide for paying with crypto, plus a handy help section right on the pricing and tokens pages.
- Richer Telegram chat picker. Choosing your chat engine on the Telegram bot is now a cleaner, easier-to-use dropdown.
- More face-detail control for Pro generation. Pro generator users can now fine-tune face-preservation detail for even better portrait results.
- New video engine options. You can now pick from a wider selection of video engines and motion styles when generating videos.
Improvements
- Smoother sign-in visuals. The showcase wall on sign-in now scales properly and looks great on ultrawide screens.
- Better video galleries. Videos now get proper cover images, gallery lightbox slides are centered, and both square and legacy images now work smoothly as animation sources.
- Wider animate dialog. The video animation window is now easier to use on desktop and goes fullscreen on mobile.
- Telegram feature carousel. English users now also see the feature carousel highlighting what Charmloop can do.
- Help assistant gets smarter. Our help assistant now understands multiple languages better, gives more accurate answers, and won't mix up unrelated questions in the same conversation.
- Voice message polish. Recording and playback include clearer announcements for accessibility, and uploads are now capped for reliability.
Fixes
- Fixed mobile support link. The support assistant link on mobile now navigates correctly.
- Fixed microphone access on mobile. Voice input in the help assistant now properly requests mic permissions on mobile devices.
- Fixed "Notify me" errors. The Pro generator's notification button no longer fails with an error.
- Fixed stale cost display. The Pro generator no longer shows outdated pricing for face-detail flows.
- Fixed Korean currency label. Corrected a translation issue with the in-app currency name for Korean users.
- Fixed voice message compatibility. Voice notes now upload correctly across more device and browser types.
- General reliability fixes across chat, video, and support features to keep things running smoothly.
