We keep our terms short on purpose. Here's the shape of the deal, in plain language:

• Banned placements. No deepfake, non-consensual imagery (NCII), or piracy sites. Zero tolerance — a single violation is immediate termination, no warning, no partial payout dispute.
• Placement disclosure. Tell us where you're running your links or ads when you apply, and keep us updated if that changes. We're not asking for a marketing plan — just honesty about your channels.
• Spot-check monitoring. We periodically check live placements to make sure they still match what you told us and still meet these terms.
• No incentivized traffic. No incentivized traffic (paying people to click or sign up), no brand-bidding on our name in paid search, and no spam — email, DM, or otherwise.
• Disclosure requirement. If a jurisdiction's advertising rules require it, disclose the relationship on anything promotional — a plain #ad or #affiliate tag is enough. This protects you as much as it protects us.
• Lifetime attribution. "Lifetime" means exactly that: once someone signs up through your link, every payment they make — this month or three years from now — keeps counting toward your 45%, for as long as their account is active.
