2. Why we use an age gate
We require an age affirmation before granting access to adult areas of the Service to help ensure only adults enter, to comply with our legal obligations, and to keep our public, non-adult pages appropriate for general audiences. Your affirmation is recorded with a secure, tamper-evident token stored on your device (see our Cookie Policy). We may apply additional age-assurance measures where the law requires them.
3. All content is AI-generated and fictional — and our §2257 position
3.1 Every character and image available through or generated by Charmloop is artificially generated and entirely fictional. No real human performers are involved, and no content depicts an actual, identifiable human being engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
3.2 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping. Because the Service produces only computer-/AI-generated visual depictions that do not portray any actual human being, Charmloop takes the position that the federal record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A do not apply, as those requirements attach to depictions of actual human beings engaged in (or simulating) sexually explicit conduct. This is the platform's stated position and must be confirmed by qualified U.S. counsel before publication. Charmloop does not produce, and does not permit, content depicting real people (see our Acceptable Use & Content Policy).
3.3 Regardless of §2257, Charmloop strictly prohibits any sexual depiction of minors or apparent minors and any non-consensual or deceptive depiction of real people, and reports such content as required by law.
4. Leaving the site
If you are under 18, or if adult content is unlawful where you are, or if you do not wish to view adult material, do not proceed — please leave now. Selecting "I am under 18" on our age gate will take you away from Charmloop.
5. Parental controls
