Charmloop permits lawful adult content between and depicting fictional, adult, AI-generated characters. With that freedom comes hard limits. We enforce the prohibitions below with zero tolerance.
1. You must be 18+ and act lawfully
You must be at least 18 (or older where required) and must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates the rights of others.
2. Strictly prohibited content and conduct (zero tolerance)
You must not create, request, upload, generate, store, share, or attempt to generate any of the following. We will remove such content, terminate accounts, preserve evidence where lawful, and report to law-enforcement and relevant authorities (including NCMEC where applicable) as required by law.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualization of minors. Any sexual or sexualized content depicting a minor or anyone who appears to be a minor, real or fictional, including AI-generated, cartoon, "age-regression," "loli/shota," or any depiction designed to portray a person under 18 in a sexual context. This is absolutely prohibited regardless of claimed age, fictional framing, or art style. There are no exceptions.
- Non-consensual or deceptive depictions of real, identifiable people. Creating sexual or intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person without their consent ("deepfakes"/non-consensual intimate imagery, "NCII"), including public figures; impersonating a real person; or using another person's likeness, name, or biometric identity to generate sexual content. Uploading photographs of real people to sexualize them is prohibited.
- Bestiality — sexual content involving animals.
- Incest — sexual content depicting family members, including step-relations, in incestuous scenarios.
- Non-consensual sexual content — depictions that sexualize rape, sexual assault, or otherwise non-consensual sexual activity, including content that eroticizes a lack of consent.
- Sexual violence, extreme gore, or content glorifying serious harm presented sexually.
- Content that promotes, facilitates, or instructs serious illegal activity — e.g., trafficking, sexual exploitation, terrorism, or the creation of weapons; sale of illegal goods.
- Hate and harassment — content that incites violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics, or that targets, threatens, or harasses an individual.
- Other illegal content — anything that violates applicable law in the operator's or the user's jurisdiction.
If you are unsure whether something is allowed, do not create it.
3. Everything on Charmloop is AI-generated and fictional
All characters and imagery are artificially generated and fictional and do not depict real people. The Service may not be used to suggest that any output depicts, endorses, or involves a real, identifiable person, and may not be used to deceive others into believing AI-generated content is real.
4. Security and platform-integrity rules
You must not: attempt to bypass the age gate, content filters, or safety systems; jailbreak or manipulate the AI to produce prohibited content; scrape or bulk-extract content or models; overload or attack the Service; use the Service to train competing models; or use automated access except through interfaces we provide.
5. Reporting abuse
If you encounter content that violates this Policy — especially suspected CSAM or non-consensual intimate imagery of a real person — report it immediately to abuse@charmloop.ai. For copyright complaints, see our DMCA / Copyright Policy. We review reports and act promptly. For reports of non-consensual intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person, we aim to remove validly reported content within the timeframe required by applicable law (including, where the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act applies, within 48 hours of a valid request) and to prevent re-upload where feasible.
6. Enforcement
6.1 We may use automated and human review to detect violations. We may remove content; limit, suspend, or terminate accounts; revoke charms obtained through violations; and report to authorities, all without prior notice where appropriate or legally required.
6.2 Prohibited content under Section 2 results in immediate termination. We maintain a repeat-infringer policy and will terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
6.3 Enforcement decisions are at our discretion, consistent with law. Where required, we will provide notice and a means to appeal a decision by contacting support@charmloop.ai.
